1. Who we are
This site is operated by Kinexa Growth Group (“Kinexa”), located at 5828 Northwest 120th Avenue, Coral Springs, Florida · USA. You can reach us at hola@kinexa.app.
2. Acceptance
By visiting, browsing or using kinexa.app you accept these terms and our privacy policy. If you use the site on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to accept them on its behalf.
3. What this site is for
kinexa.app presents Kinexa, the ACO Method and the services we offer. The information is general guidance: it is not a binding commercial offer, a quote, or legal, financial or tax advice.
Prices, scope, timelines and deliverables for any service are defined in writing in the proposal or contract we sign with each client. If anything on this site contradicts that document, the signed document prevails.
4. The demos
The demos on this site (for example, the chatbot and the CRM) exist so you can see how what we install works. They use fictitious data and may behave differently from a real system configured for your business.
Do not enter personal data, passwords or confidential information into them.
5. Permitted use
You may browse the site, read it and share its links. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce or resell the site's content, design or code without our written permission.
- Try to access non-public parts of the site or its systems, or interfere with how it works.
- Scrape content in bulk with automated tools.
- Use the site or its demos to send illegal, misleading or offensive content.
6. Intellectual property
The text, design, graphics, code and trademarks on this site, including “Kinexa” and “ACO Method”, belong to Kinexa or are used with permission. Client logos are shown with their permission and remain the property of their owners.
7. Links to other sites
The site links to third-party services such as WhatsApp, Calendly and Google. We don't control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms apply when you use them.
8. Warranties and liability
We do our best to keep the site available and its information accurate, but we provide it “as is”: we don't guarantee it will work without interruptions or errors, or that the information will always be up to date.
To the extent permitted by law, Kinexa is not liable for damages arising from the use of the site or from decisions made solely on the basis of its content. This does not limit any rights the law grants you that cannot be waived.
9. Changes
We may update these terms when the site or the way we work changes. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without prejudice to any consumer protection rules of your country of residence that cannot be excluded.
