1. Who we are

This site is operated by Kinexa Growth Group (“Kinexa”), a digital transformation and growth agency. We are responsible for the personal information collected through kinexa.app.

2. What information we collect

What you give us

When you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, or when you book a meeting, we receive whatever you decide to share: usually your name, your phone number or email, the name of your business and what you tell us about it.

What is collected automatically

When you visit the site, technical data is recorded, such as your IP address, the type of device and browser, the pages you visit and the buttons you click. This happens through our hosting provider and the measurement tools described in section 4.

What we do not collect

The site has no forms and no user accounts. The chatbot and CRM demos run inside your browser with prepared answers and fictional data: what you choose in them is not sent to or stored on any server.

3. What we use it for

• Replying to your messages and handling your request.
• Scheduling and preparing the assessment meeting.
• Preparing a proposal, if you ask for one.
• Understanding how the site is used and improving it.
• Measuring the results of our advertising.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

4. Third-party tools

To run the site and serve you, we use services from other companies. Each one handles data under its own privacy policy.

• Vercel: hosts the site and records technical data for each visit.
• Vercel Web Analytics: counts visits in aggregate, without cookies and without identifying you.
• Google Fonts: serves the typefaces; your browser connects to Google’s servers to download them.
• Google Analytics: the site may use it to measure visits and page usage.
• Meta Pixel: the site may use it to measure the results of ads on Facebook and Instagram.
• WhatsApp (Meta): if you write to us on that channel, the conversation takes place on its platform.
• Calendly: if you book a meeting, you do so on its platform and it shares the appointment details with us.

5. Cookies and measurement

Measurement tools may use cookies or similar technologies to recognize your browser from one visit to the next. We do not use them to identify you by name.

When the site uses measurement tools, it asks you first with a notice: they are only turned on if you accept, and your choice is saved in your browser. You can change it at any time from the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Google also offers an add-on to opt out of Google Analytics, and Meta lets you adjust your ad preferences.

6. Who we share it with

Only with the providers that help us operate, listed in section 4, and with authorities when the law requires us to. Some of these providers process information in countries other than yours, including the United States.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as our conversation or business relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the time needed to meet legal or accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, the law may give you the right to know what data we hold about you, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, to object to certain uses and to withdraw your consent.

To exercise any of them, write to us at hola@kinexa.app and tell us what you need. We will reply as soon as possible and may ask for information to confirm your identity.

9. If you are a customer of one of our clients

Kinexa installs and operates customer service and follow-up systems for other businesses. If you wrote to one of those businesses and were served by a system we set up, that business is responsible for your data, and its own privacy policy applies. We handle the data on its behalf and following its instructions.

10. Minors

This site is aimed at businesses and their owners. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our tools or the way we work change. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
